Comments
Thank you. It’s finally out. Are all these seasonal trains good for sight-seeing during the period because of other purpose, eg school hiolidays ? I know it must be due to demand during the season but why these routes ? Is it mainly autumn foliage in autumn and cherry blossom in spring ? If these routes are mainly for tourism reason, I will try to use more of them in my itinerary.
Thanks.
Hi Stanley,
Yes. Your travel period will be a bit earlier for autumn color leaves. But it’s a nice season to travel. It is not operated for school holidays, but Sep 15-17, 22-24, Oct 6-8 will be a long weekend.
Cheers,
Takeshi / JP Rail
