Tobu Railway Nikko line between Tochigi and Kurihashi, and between Shin-Shikanuma and Shimo-Imaichi are closed due to the damage by the typhoon on October 13th, 2019. You cannot get Nikko and Kinugawa Onsen by Tobu Railway from Asakusa. And JR’s limited express from Shijuku to Nikko and Kinugawa Onsen are suspended as well.
